One of our kids wasn’t concerned about how many nits or bugs she had, but she was really worried that she couldn’t finish her movie, “The Parent Trap” on time!

Our Hair Fairies technician was also watching the movie while combing her out, and the word is they’ll be for sure finishing the movie together on the second treatment visit  :-)  You gotta love the Parent Trap! who doesn’t ?!

Dear Hair Fairies,

We were recently overwhelmed by the news that our daughter was found to have head lice at a routine check at her school.  Indeed, the school was in the midst of a rather large infestation discovered upon routine head checks there.  Initially, we tried to manage the problem ourselves, using over the counter products from drug stores and relying on “wives tales” about how to get rid of the lice as well as how to rid them from our household.  Those did not seem to work, since the head checks a week later didn’t seem to show any progress in ridding our daughter from the problem.  We had spent so much time and effort on laundry, manipulation of sheets and towels and isolation of the problem (our poor daughter!!!) that we didn’t know what else to do.  Not only that, the harsh shampoos and sprays that we had purchased in the pharmacy were causing rashes and threatening our household furnishings.

Luckily, we discovered Hair Fairies.  You finally gave us the straight story on what would work and what would not work, and dispelled the mistaken notions we had been working under for two weeks.  With your help, we were able to focus our efforts to those things that were necessary instead of turning the entire household upside down.  Your products were much more user-friendly and much less harsh than those we bought at the pharmacy.  Also, the lice and nit removal sessions at the shop were exponentially more effective than anything we would have been able to do ourselves.  Your pleasant staff made the head checks fun, more of an Easter Egg Hunt than a search for lice.  With your help, our stress level about this problem came under control and we gradually restored some sanity back into our lives.  Shortly after that, we received assurances that the problem had been solved, and our daughter was able to resume an uninterrupted schedule at school.
