Hair Fairies is a wonderful resource for parents, teachers and administrators, providing information and help dealing with a sensitive issue. When Kelly came to our school she was reassuring and direct with teachers and parents about the steps that needed to be followed to combat the problem. It was evident she was knowledgeable about the subject and went above and beyond to educate her audience. I would highly recommend anyone dealing with lice to contact Hair Fairies to help them!

I just wanted to let you know that the staff and especially the manager, Kelly, at the Hair Fairies in Chicago were awesome!! They are so pleasant to be around and are so knowledgeable. They total made an awful, stressful situation into a, dear I say, pleasant one. I was so stressed out trying to rid the problem myself with over-the-counter products before my boss told me about Hair Fairies. Once I went to Hair Fairies I was relieved of so much stress. Just being there around all the nice employees was a great stress reliever too. Kelly and all the other employees made you feel so at ease and answered all your questions. I hope my kids and I never have this problem again in our lives, but if we do, we are going back to Hair Fairies. There were many people who I encountered who never heard of Hair Fairies (school nurses, dermatologist, friends). I gave the school nurses your brochure.

As a matter of fact, I heard of it from my boss and she heard of it from another colleague. Word of mouth seems to be the only way people hear about Hair Fairies. I wish that Hair Fairies would open up more salons around the country. I live in the suburbs of Chicago and traveled about an hour one way to get to Hair Fairies in Chicago and would do it again if I had to, but if Hair Fairies opened up a few more salons throughout the Chicagoland area and suburbs, they could really help even more people. I think Hair Fairies is a gold mine. I just wish my insurance carrier would have accepted the claim for reimbursement. The only reason why they wouldn't was because that we are not being treated by a clinical person (nurse, doctor, etc.). Thank you again!!!!!
