INSURANCE COVERAGE

Most Hair Fairies clients have successfully attained partial reimbursements for our head lice treatments. Use your Flexible Spending Account or contact your health insurance provider to determine eligibility. We provide you with a detailed invoice. For more success, we recommend including a prescription/order from your physician in your insurance submission.
